Remarks
The capacity of ArrayValue is the number of
elements that ArrayValue can hold. As elements
are added to an ArrayValue, the capacity is
automatically increased as required.

Initializes a new instance of ArrayValue that
contains elements from the specified collection of
FieldValue instances.
